1 /5 Matt: I was just denied homeowners insurance because I made a claim 3 years ago with my previous insurance company. Isnt that what insurance is required for? I also spoke to Luke Weber and he said hed call me back after a few hours. Its been a week. When I called back they put me on hold and didnt even connect me with him. They made the nice lady that answers the phone give me the news that I am "ineligible". Complete joke of an insurance company.

5 /5 Melissa Flores: I have been with state farm for many years and I have never had any issues whatsoever. The staff is amazing and although all of them are fantastic, my go-to is Julie. Julie never disappoints! Always so nice and so unbelievably helpful. I would be so lost without her. And any questions or concerns I have, I call and I am helped right away. My claim was paid immediately and car rental taken care of and I didnt have to do a thing. Best agent ever!

5 /5 Dana Smith: We have all our insurance through Brian and have had it there since we bought our 1st house 38 yrs ago. Most recently we purchased a vehicle we were leasing and I had to call to get the lean holder added and get a letter faxed to our credit union. I talked to Joey and he was very efficient. Only said my name once at the beginning of the call. He knew exactly what I needed and he had it done and emailed within 1 hour. I was very impressed. Its hard to find people who value their job and do it well and I think he is one. Thank You!

I recently was in "fender bender" and for the first time, I had to go through the process of filing a claim. I was so overwhelmed and full of anxiety with the process, I decided to go directly into the office for assistance. I ended up meeting with one of the agents in the office, Glen OConnell. Glen was absolutely wonderful! He walked my through process and handled literally everything. Through this experience, Ive had to contact him on numerous occasions and each and every time, he made sure I understood what was going to happen, what was taking place at that time and what the resolution would be.
