5 /5 Theresa Dietz: I love this man. Hes straight up n honest. Cares about his clients (At least I feel that way). Hes very fair, doesnt play both sides. I DO RECOMMEND AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS SON Trey Brasel. Theyre both attorneys!!!

1 /5 Alyse Sharp: Dont expect Tony to get anything done quickly or effectively. He spent 2.5 years on my custody case just to try to drag it out longer the day it was suppose to be concluded. He never responds to emails or texts or calls. Unprofessional, rude and egotistical. He will talk to you in the court house and walk away mid-sentence to go talk to someone else. Tony would tell me he was filing motions and helping me, but in reality I helped myself more than Mr. Brasel ever did. Tony does not have the best interest of the client in mind & I would recommend ANYONE ELSE for legal counsel except Tony Brasel.

Then used him for my divorce was good got it done quickly only exception was when it came to the 401k split I have been divorced for over a year and they still haven’t gotten it done yet alway an excuse with paperwork the judge blah blah they never return you calls I also recommend to stay clear

1 /5 cody h: He was the selling attorney on my current house, all the paperwork was filed to line up the closing day for both my old house and my new house. Not only did he not finish the selling end of the paperwork, he also went on vacation for the week of closing. Oh and so did his assistant. While waiting to get all of this straightened out there was no regard for the necessity of being quick. All while he wasn’t answering his phone i had no where to put our trailer full of belongings. The list goes on but highly recommended steering clear.
