I’m a space cadet sometimes, and will forget a detail of information that they might need, and Amanda is just incredibly patient with me. I’ve been with Brandy’s team since I’ve had to have insurance, and I’ve never felt as taken care of as I do with them. Im moving out of the northern Illinois area soon, but im still keeping them as my insurance agent! I just love them for their business but they’re also just a really great group of people. I absolutely love them!

They are quick with getting claims through and you can tell that they want to help you out in any way they can. I would recommend them to anyone!

1 /5 Jillian Varnea: If you want an agent that tells you she’ll take care of things and then never follows up, let’s things fall thought he crack and drops the ball completely, then this is your agent. So glad to have left American Family after my poor experience with Brandi.
