daniel rader The other reviews indicating the poor communication are 100% accurate. Not only is the communication bad, but also noted in the other reviews he will drag the case out for years and run the cost up with no refund. I would not recommend using him, you will not get the time given to you that is needed with the work load he has taken on and he will admit to that after you pay your retainer. I am in a worse position now then when I hired him over 3 years ago.

Brittney Ann I used Mr. Gitlin for my high conflict divorce. He was amazing to have by my side to help guide me and walk me through this difficult and long journey. Mr. Gitlin is very well known and respected. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot! He was good at explaining in detail so that I understood and didnt have any unrealistic expectations. Mr. Gitlin didnt sugar coat anything and I appreciated that the most. I knew he would take care of the cas, so I felt I was in good hands. I also learned how to communicate with a high conflict people and my ex and I will be able to use for the rest of my life. It helped me grow as a person and become more confident. Amy in the office was also amazing to work with. She helped me with so much and also explaining situations in nonlaw format as it can be very confusing at times and overwhelming.
