2 /5 Tracy Pietrzyk: Having a bit of a pretty bad experience with the "computer system" so I am being told. My policy has been handed in a very frustrating manner. Ive had nothing but trouble with the insurance I am paying for. It has had to be redone about 3 times now because the system keeps cancelling my information, refunded me then I needed to repay what was refunded, erasing my payment information, having to reinstate my policy in the middle of my premium...all to keep being told no one knows why it keeps happening. Frustrating
