Phil Opal Janelle was amazing to work with. Everything went smoothly. The staff at Kendall Partners did exactly what they said they would do. This by far has been the best experience I have had selling property. Jeff buys your House was the initial contact. I wasnt sure what to expect, But Jeff laid everything out step by step, Janelle took things from there. Next thing ya know Money in checking and the Condo is sold. Piece of cake. Highly recommend this to anyone. Veteran owned business, very professional, I am very pleased with the service.

Marnie Stear I have been with Cooperative Choice/Members Choice since 2001. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.
