1 /5 Sue M: Incompetent, unprofessional, cold hearted company. Unfortunately my mom had this bank, she passed away and these people put me thru it.
Went in May, l filled out successor paperwork. Went back in June and met with Jessica who has me fill out more paperwork. I asked her a few times if I need to give her the will. She said no. Waited few weeks, nothing happened so I call and got a letter saying they need the Will!
Then I get one check made out to my mom! Finally talked to Julian who actually cared and helped me. Found out nothing was done with my successor paperwork since MAY. it is now July. Called to find out if check was mailed. The lady Melissa in the check dept said she cant tell me anything because nothing showing they can talk to me!! I said I need an appt, she said she cant make one for me. I said the last time I called they could and this isnt very good customer service.. She says..WELL. YOU ARENT MY CUSTOMER and hung up on me! I highly recommend never using this bank or changing if you have them now.
