5 /5 J Love: I’ve been a State Farm customer for 30 plus years and usually it’s been smooth sailing until recently. I had issues with multiple policies and over inflated prices even for today’s ridiculous standards. When I called to pay my bill and ask for an explanation on why my policies have doubled I was met with resistance and terrible excuses. So much so that I got multiple quotes from other companies that were comparable to my original pricing from State Farm. I decided to switch to Allstate but figured I’d call 1 last time and to check my policies and see if there was anything they could do. I’m so glad I did because I got a different agent and she was wonderful! Brittany G. was nothing but helpful and cleaned up a bunch of issues (caused by S.F.) on the policy that made no sense. There were 5 drivers on my policy and there should only be 2! Some of them haven’t been alive for 20 years!! This work brought my policies up to date and put the price back to where it should’ve been all along. Thanks to Brittany’s hard work I’m still a State Farm Customer and so is my family. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Thank You!
