5 /5 shannon wilson: HI My name is Kenneth Wilson I wrote the previous review about my premium increasing. I would like to say that Joe did call me personally and take care of everything personally and was very professional in handling the matter. I did switch my insurance back through him and I have not had a problem since. I would like to thank him for his professionalism. Also if any one has any concerns about his agency you can contact me I have been with his agency since 2006 and besides are one mix up and it did turned out to be a mix up mainly information wise he has always given me the best rates and discounts compared to me looking at other companies on my own.

1 /5 Kiera Thomas: This man refused to cancel a policy i paid in full!! I switched to a new insurance company in April and called this man several times to cancel my policy since he was the broker listed I couldn’t cancel with company on my own. He stated I needed to sign something and I called this man every day for 2 months straight to get my money back and he would make excuses why it wasn’t a good time to cancel my policy for a refund. It’s finally June and I threatened him with a lawyer he still didn’t cancel it so I called the company to tell them my experience and I had to write a letter so they could take further action. Do Not Purchase A Policy From This Man!! He will save u a couple dollars that’s about all he’s good for. If I could post this without a one star rating I would
