Amy Powers Never has a review been warranted more than my experience with Wally Gaffney. What an asset to Tom Conklins team. My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. Wally reached out to me and offered to help me wade through it all, and he was determined to see it through to the end. Hard to find that kind of initiative and commitment to clients in the world we live in today. His kindness and commitment will never be forgotten. I hope Tom Conklin and State Farm realize what they have in Wally. It would be a shame to not recognize what he did for me and Im sure countless other insureds. Thank you, Wally. Fast and professional service, I had my proof of insurance sent to me while on the phone. Will definitely be referring my family and friends.

Joanne Manning So far everything has been been absolutely great! Seamless when it came to taking 1 car off and adding a newly purchased car on my coverage. I was able to do the whole thing through my app. Of course because I waited until last minute. I even received proper proof of coverage that I could print to show while waiting for the delay in the system to catch up. Two thumbs up!! Its renewal time, so Ill be reaching out personally again to Jennifer and Im expecting nothing less than the great service that she showed me from the very beginning! Its corny but so far... I really do feel like Im in good hands with Allstate! :) lol

Ingram Joe I had a flat tire today! I was already down on my luck for the week and it was only Tuesday. I came rolling in with a flat tire into their parking lot and not only did he come out and offer help but he told me that I could park by the front, use his Car Jack and Tire Iron. Today turned out to be a beautiful day after all! Thanks again!
