Dan Felice Great service! I had my car towed in at night for a flat. The next day I had stopped in and talked to Dave and said that if we had to replace the one front tire I might as well replace both of them. He called me later and said that the one tire was able to be saved and patched, and that I did not need any new tires. I appreciated his honesty and friendliness, because I know there are places that would have just told me I needed two new tires and charged me a lot more. Highly recommend the service here as they are honest and really seem to care about the customer.

Keith Crawford Jr. They’re okay. Cheaper individual full coverage if you need it. Not great if you need to add a new driver to your plan which is why I switched. Also never had to actually put in a claim, and from others reviews, they seem sketch. Still, they never did me wrong so 3/5 feels fair.

She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me. I had some previous experiences with other insurance companies, working on the phone or online, that were not productive.
