1 /5 Chad Fuchs: Michael was very unprofessional and arrogant to my Wife as she followed up on a release of a title today. Yes she may have misunderstood you in an earlier conversation, but there was no reason to act the way that you did. Especially when we originally reached out more than a month after payment was received and you did nothing to release the title sooner until we called, because you didnt understand the process in our state. Your office should be more professional than that. All we were doing was following up. If you are to busy for customer service than you should not be in that field.

Then she took time out of her day to research a home loan to see if we can save money and merge all of our accounts. We live in Texas and will never leave AOCU and KAYLA is a prime reason for our not transferring to a Texas CU. Thank You KAYLA.
