2 /5 Bailey Eschbach: I have had my account for two months and my debit card looks fake, and my first card stopped working for a sketchy and unknown reason. Although the rewards system seems nice, I don’t know if it worked when I tried to use it. I cannot deposit cash at the atm which is inconvenient being that I rarely have time to go to the bank during hours. There also isn’t a convenient way of looking into my account because they don’t have an app. The people and service is nice but doesn’t outweigh the issues I’ve had.

5 /5 Matthew Halliday: We recently applied for, and obtained a Heloc through 1st Mid. Our experience was amazing! There was seamless communication throughout and it made the entire process a breeze. Amber Miller Branch Manager-Decatur was available through text message any time of day and promptly answered all of my questions. I cannot speak highly enough of her politeness and professionalism. Overall a fantastic experience!
