Erin Wright Beyond impressed with this store and the man running it!! We took my engagement ring here to have sizing beads added, and they worked incredibly quickly to get it back to us the same day (were leaving town that night). The work was impeccable, and my ring shone like never before after they cleaned it. I will be coming back to this store for regular cleanings (any additional work needed) whenever we are back visiting family. 11/10 recommend and will be a customer for life!

Tristan Lowe What a jewel of a shop, no pun intended! My family and I happened into this shop as we were walking back to the parking garage on Congress, I ended up buying one pendant and my mother bought a coin bracelet. I loved the experience with the store as well as the sentiment behind my pendant I ended up purchasing an additional pendant but was torn between two, after terrible FOMO I chatted with Lee and she ended up shipping me the other pendant, so now I have three! Lee was absolutely wonderful, and a pleasure to chat with. I will for sure come back on our next trip!

Patti Agee THE DREAM TEAM, Keith (owner) and Billy (designer) are simply AMAZING!! I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis in May 2024 affecting my hands with larger knuckles and unable to get my wedding set over them. We purchased our wedding sets from Keith in 2021 and stopped by to see what our options were for me to once again be able to wear my rings. . Billy WENT TO WORK and created this wonderful adjustable inside to my rings that will allow me to now wear my wedding set that adjusts to the daily changes of my ring finger. Keith is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and very personable. Keiths store is inviting and has a large selection to shop from ,no matter your needs. Billy also created a pendant from my mothers wedding set. SUPPORT the local guys and enjoy the personalized, intimate service the big chains dont offer and enjoy being greeted by your name every time you return!

Jillienne Farnsworth Wedding planning has been stressful, but this was the easiest and friendliest part so far. My fiancee had discovered this place while trying to get information about an engagement ring last year. Brett talked him through options, was very honest, and super helpful. So of course as we were searching for a place to purchase a wedding band, Decatur City Jewelers was our first choice. Brett gave us an honest perspective on what would be the best choice for my engagement ring. We were looking at a couple bands, and then he said he had a cool one in the back and came out with the perfect ring. He gave us a great price and it was literally such a simple process. He also cleaned my engagement ring and told us more about the history of the ring. It was so cool. And then my fiancee needed his grandfathers wedding band sized to his finger. Brett let us watch the whole process which was super interesting! He was honest about this process and what could happen, and it did end up breaking. However, Brett got in there and fixed it right up. You cant even tell! It looks perfect and even fits his hard-to-size finger. I am so happy we came here instead of some chain jewelry store. I didnt feel like I was being tricked or scammed here. It was a friendly environment. It is obvious that Brett knows what hes doing and he was kind and informative throughout the process.
