1 /5 D Morgan: The owner, Mr Hurst initially seemed helpful when I asked to reduce my motorcycle coverage. He was having some issues with the system and with the close of business a short time away I asked if he figured it out Id come in the next day to finish up. He informed me, rather curtly, that he wasnt going to spend extra time on this as I wasnt "His" customer. I was told to call the company directly and they could deal with me! I lived here back in 2015 and was insured by this same location on this same bike before moving out of state. I moved back in 2023 and started my policy again with the same bike and coverage as before. So why he would claim I wasnt "His" customer baffles me. But I can tell you that his lack of professionalism was quite evident when he decided he had spent "Too much of his time" dealing with me! Southern hospitality from Mr Hurst is surely different from what Ive come to know from the fine people of Georgia. You all might want to think twice before choosing this particular Allstate agent. Shame on you sir!
