1 /5 Joe Williams: Garbage insurance company... according to Eddaisha Finch Im suppose to pull an 18 wheeler over on the freeway to get his license after rocks hit my windshield at 65-70 because he didnt sweep down after his delivery. Ok Eddaisha Finch, the next time it happens I will get in front of the 18 wheeler and slow to a stop on the freeway and force him to give me his ID while I call the police. If any other damage occurs Liberty Mutual can be responsible since that is your protocol. 2 months it took your company to.locate the vehicle a driver when the person I spoke with who works for them found it in a couple days... most commercial vehicles are equipped with tracking devices a.d you had the time, place and a partial number of the truck. 6 weeks after you contacted me I had to call again and again because you left my claim sitting for a month and a half. Then you only want to pay half of the damages incurred by your insured. Thats why I dropped your company from my commercial vehicle insurance. SMH. Pure garbage.
