Beth Dillard I’ve recently purchased several different types of insurance from Katie at State Farm. She has been knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. Never pushy with me and I never felt like she was trying to sell a product. She customized what I needed to suit my needs and my budget and I’m so grateful. I highly recommend her and this State Farm branch for whatever insurance needs you might have. I look forward to doing continued business with them in the future.

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
