1 /5 Julius M: I decided to give it a break an april asked to cancel. Instead of canceling, an refunding me the unused portion of my plan, they the insurance run its course. So while im under the impression i will get refunded for May June n July, i get a bill saying i owe for the remainder of July. Told them i cancelled in April, they told me not according to my agent. My agent never cancelled. Thank uts. As a result, when the break was over, i went with fleet risk in Savannah...i swear....this insurance agency could careless. If they did, they would have answered their phones. I will refrain from litigating this matter. Although 2 extra months cost me over 2k. Thanks, but no thanks.

1 /5 Pescy La Ley: They wrote my quote called me next day and up the price after I made a deposit over five thousand next day when they broke the news to me after misleading me with quote they were empathetic no apology what so ever they told me they would take a fee for cancellation when I did not have the policy even for 24 hours I send out a form for cancellation its been over a month they still can not tell me what there fees will be for cancellation from there negligence they were condensending and un cooperative and still have not told me what will be my return please do not use this mom and pops insurance company they are brokers that can not admit there faults. They gave me one price after they upped the price after writing the policy and then running my mvr and then had the audacity to act like it was the clients fault after I paid and raised the price. Bad business
