1 /5 Joshua Turman: If I could give this review a -5 star I would. I opened an account online and deposited $80 into the account and 4 hours later they closed the account down. They sent me an email stating that I would get a paper check from the deposit I made within 10 days. So I waited and waited. 14 days later I had to call them and spoke to them about the situation they said the money was still there they have no idea why the request hasnt been made to mail the check. Then they asked me do I want them to send the check still or can I come get the money so I said Ill just come and get it.. just left their branch and they said I have to wait on the check. So yall took my money closed my account down and now Ive been waiting a month almost to get my money back.. absolute garbage for yall to do a hard work in American that way. And to make it better I havent been able to eat lunch today nor will I be able to eat lunch tomorrow because I was leaning on that this week. Goes to show even the corporations in this world are as grimy as every other human is almost.
