First Financial Bank - Ringgold

Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!

Truist - Marietta

Gabriel Thomas I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they cant explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. Its pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.
