1 /5 Vanessa Blyden: I came into the bank at 2:30pm. The teller told me that because I had numerous deposits that it might take a while for her to count the deposits. However, the ENTIRE time that I was there, she kept stopping and speaking to another employee when she was suppose to be counting my deposits. After sitting for almost 30 minutes and interrupting their conversation, I told her that I wasn’t trying to be rude; but I was getting off and needed to go. She then told me that she told me that I had a lot of deposits. I tried to keep my composure because I really wanted to say more than I said; and went and sat back down. She continued her conversation with the other person and I finally got out of the bank almost 45 minutes after I got in there. NO ONE (customer wise) was in the bank when I got there. This was the WORST experience that I have ever had at any bank institution that I have visited before. The teller was rude, and I feel like she didn’t care about my time. When a customer comes into an establishment, they expect to get in and out quickly. For them to have a conversation while I sat their and waited for them to finish their conversation was VERY unacceptable.
Also, the deposits were not even large deposits, they were all small. So, there is no reason why it should have taken her that long to count them.
