I was helped on the stream line (similar to zoom) with Ethan Cloud who was so friendly , pleasant and very accommodating such a great experience when i was closing one account and opening another. Then I went from the streamline out to the lobby where I was meet by Michael Johnson the branch Manager. He was a complete Joy!! He had me laughing and was very courteous and attentive!! What a pleasure doing Business with this branch!! I have always, for over 10 years, used this branch and received good customer service but, I must say these 2 MADE IT EXTRA, EXTRA SPECIAL!! We brought in a reliable check from a retirement institution and were told that they would place a hold on the entire amount until I asked to speak to a manager and only then did they agree to release only 10% of it. I understand the bank wanting to cover themselves, but being long time customers who have brought in checks of this nature before not releasing at least half of someone retirement money is ridiculous. And the reason given in my opinion was discrimination being that because we didn’t have an amount equivalent to in our account. So that to me is a bias against folks who aren’t rich. Extremely poor experience
