Bill Lavender Amanda has superior patience with me, answering ALL my questions satisfactorily. I’ve never met Amanda nor anyone else at Oakridge, but that hasn’t mattered. I was a bit apprehensive when Elwood Waits sold his insurance company to Oakridge. It was a good move.

Logan Shortridge Ive worked with Brian Tootle & his firm for 5+ years now. He is an utterly amazing accountant & his firm is fantastic to deal with. Customer-service is at an all time high. Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.
