John Tracey Hemphill I was surprised to see people leaving reviews for a collection agency. Since my experience with UCC was completely different from the other reviewers I decided to write my own review. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice, courteous, respectful and very helpful. No I didnt get any amounts removed but I was able to get on a payment plan with low monthly payments and have the items off my credit report as long as I stayed current on the payment plan. FIVES ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!

When we first went in and explained to Ms Irene the problems we had with my ex wife and our old bank she ensured us that it would not happen with them and they was right they went above and beyond. Charles Smith Kathy is a very personal person, easy to work with, and I have had 3 different loans with them at different times. And I have fell short on my payments! A couple of times, I kept open with Kathy in kept in touch with her, we solve the problem with in a timely fashion with no additional problems.
