1 /5 Gail Cook: Never have I ever been in this bank when there wasnt a long line of people. Never more than 2 tellers and sometimes just one. Lots of other banks in this town. Dont choose this one.

2 /5 Maggie Herring: Been banking with Truist since SunTrust and BB&T merged. Have been mostly nothing but disappointed with their customer service. There’s always a full line of people in the branch with only 2 tellers that are also trying to juggle whatever comes through the drive-thru. Staff has no customer service whatsoever & will be switching to another bank.

1 /5 Jason Stewart: Literally the worst Truist in America. 4 deep in the lines and a long one inside. Awful. It’s lunch and none of us can’t get what we need done done. Do better.

1 /5 Chris Maxey: I needed to make a deposit and went in the milledgeville branch where 3 tellers are behind the counter and all three had their next teller signs up. No one acknowledged that I was even standing there. After a couple of minutes of just waiting for some to at least say hey to me, I decided to leave. It is time to start looking for a new bank to do business with.

1 /5 Pat Duggar: I have been trying for over 2.5 weeks now to get hold of a human being to give me my Pay-off amount on my car loan. After many attempts with leaving msgs and phone number with my question, I have still Not received 1 (one) phone call. Today I found an 800 number for mortgage loans only, called and finally got a human being. She gave me their direct car loan number, and told me to hold on while she transferred me. Well, 15, 20 minutes later NO One Picked Up The Call. So, I now have to travel about 45 mins away to a branch office and see if I can Actually get waited on in person. Now that I see that this is the WORST BANK IN THE US, I Definitely want to close my car loan with this NO CUSTOMER SERVICE bank!
