Amanda is so knowledgeable and takes time to listen to her patients,making sure she meets their needs.I trust her completely with my healthcare. Brandy is so sweet, respectful and very efficient!! Putting me at ease immediately. I look forward to seeing you all again on my next visit!

She called personally with lab results and then the next day gave me an emergency telehealth appointment for my chest congestion. If youre looking for better care, have no fear. You found it.

Everyone was not only kind and welcoming, but displayed the utmost professionalism. I felt listened to during my visit. All my needs were met and I felt that I was cared for in a thorough manner. I also felt that my visit was completed in a timely manner, which can sometimes be difficult depending on the patient load, but this office is efficient. I recommend this office to anyone looking for top notch medical care. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in meeting my medical needs and concerns.

3 /5 Holly: I love Emily and Mykayla!! But during after hours you are out of luck! Adam at the Chickamauga office didnt call my mother back. She called and was told that the answering service would page him. An hour later, Mom called again. Answering service said theyd page him again. Its been another hour. He could have at least called Mom and told her he couldnt help her. (She has shingles and the pain is unimaginable!!) Shes already been to the er twice with this bout of it. Its like every time she gets it, its worse. Shes very worried and scared that her pain will never leave. Shes a little 61 year old woman who needed to speak to someone. Instead, she was told nothing and not called back. . Id leave five stars for Emily and Mykayla. Zero stars for Adam. So I split the difference with 3. Update: its 10:30 the following morning. He just called her back. He called her in some meds at her pharmacy, which Ill be going to get shortly. Last night was horrible. Her pain and fear was so bad and I couldnt help her. But Im glad he finally called.
