1 /5 Jenn N: Standing in like for almost an hour (47 mins) just to cash a check… it’s insane. One teller. And apparently even though theres over 5 cars in line and over 5 people in the lobby, team members just leave their other team members hanging while it’s busy to go home. Are they hiring? If not they need to. The attitudes and lack of urgency here is just completely unacceptable.

3 /5 The truth with reviews: Its completely unacceptable for them to have only one teller at the counter, assisting customers, who are waiting in line. On a Friday, of all days. Once things opened up, Scott was amazing with how efficient he was. I highly recommend waiting on Scott, if possible.

1 /5 Joannis Sheehan: My family member received several phone calls from this phone number with access to his account and information. The person scammed him out of over $4000. The bank has been no help. I understand that people may use the company’s phone number; however, scammer had completely access to the account and information. My hope is that the company will take a look at their employees to ensure none of them are using their position to scam people out of money.

1 /5 Madud Rana: This one is possibly the worst Truist branch location in the country. The manager is clumsy and lazy. 10 people standing in line, and three or four tellers, and the manager are goofing off and laughing loud behind the glasses. No respect for peoples times. I was originally with BB&T and have several accounts and then was transferred to Truist after they merged. But after today’s terrible service, I will probably change my banking needs to another bank or a credit union. If you have to come to this location, come prepared for bad service any day of the week

1 /5 Jruch _: Female teller gave me wrong info and refused to cash out my bond that had my correct social on it but one letter missing in my last name. Went to different Truist location and they told me that was completely wrong and that the missing letter was no issue at all.
