The goon news is that to them you are more than just a number. They treat you with courtesy and respect as they work to get you the money you need. The installment loan application, on average takes approximately 3 hours to complete once the application is received. Then, you are able to repay the loan by making monthly installment payments tailored to your budget at the time you close the loan. This van come in handy if you are in a pinch and need money quick to bridge a gap.

Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.

Billy Called this place twice to ask for consulting about a Roth IRA. First time I called and the receptionist said she wrote down my number wrong and the second time she said that she would have Mike Williams call me in one hour. Nobody called me. This place is a joke and has horrible service. They do not value their potential customers.
