1 /5 Amanda Willingham: Very incompetent staff (15 years experience) and manager. Cannot follow a simple customer request. Manager did not try to resolve but clearly made excuses for individual. When a staff member makes an error that affects a customers livelihood, an experienced and good manager will go above and beyond to take care of a customer at no cost. This experience definitely shows the lack of compassion and competency of this manager. Apparently the teller chooses to do things her way ( with her 15 years experience) than the way the customer requests their transaction to be done. Poorly ran Branch.
