1 /5 Michael Finney: Stay very far away. My wife and I were looking for a lender when we were buying a house. Long story short, we were getting details from three companies about different loans. I spoke to Nick Maddox on the phone and he was extremely unprofessional. He was unhelpful, attempted to make me feel small when I had questions and finished the conversation by saying I was wasting his time. I was serious about buying a house and we closed a few weeks later with a different lender. Really poor judgment call on his part. As I said before there are much better lenders in the area, but stay away from Fairway.
