1 /5 Krista Robinson: no line and only accepting my 3/4 deposits is ridiculous. Sending 1 deposit (less than $200) back so someone who would then have to wait now is ridiculous. So proceeding to circle the building and pull back up to same empty line to deposit my last deposit. (The teller services the person who pulls in after me, so now I have to wait even longer)
Of course they will say “I am just doing what I am told” instead of trying to have great/exceptional customer service. Why not explain to your customer that only x3 deposits can be accepted and next time you will not be able to do so in drive thru! Do better at customer service, yall acting like you’re losing money to do so. Wasted more time having to process one customer twice.
