1 /5 Rocky E.: Update #2 - Despite them quickly reaching out to this negative review, Trey Rhodes still hasn’t contacted me. He must be on vacation. Going on 3 weeks for a simple hit and run. Worst State Farm crew ever.
Never felt more helpless. These people are lazy and are not trying to help anyone. Apparently, it’s my job to go get the police report and send it to them, because a 3rd party does it, and they have zero communication with them. Been waiting over 2 weeks. Police station says no one has reached out to them.
Sucks I have a broken window for two weeks in January and stuck with the worst insurance company.
Update: Two days later and still nothing new. Going on 16 days with a broken window from a hit and run. State Farm is waiting because they are hoping the police find the person involved in this hit and run. Unfortunately, that makes me the victim as I have to wait for this greedy insurance company to take any action.
Also, be warned.
You are not getting Trey Rhodes.
You are getting his assistants.
I’ve yet to speak to Trey once, despite requesting to speak directly to him several days ago.
Get a different Agent.
