Price is a factor but not our primary concern, we want to make sure our assets are appropriately covered, and Michael makes that happen. Michael is friendly, deeply knowledgeable and has great client care. When I (rarely) need to speak him, I usually can or a message will be taken and I will get a call back. The staff at Carswell and company are friendly, kind and helpful every time I call.
