Tiffany Gunder I am fortunate to have the privilege of having Kelley Lawrence and his team as our insurance providers. I particularly appreciate Nikki and the way that she has stayed in touch and made sure that we have been satisfied with the service we have received from our body shop for our vehicles as well as the company who has replaced our roof and damages inside of our home. She has had our backs throughout the entire process.
Like many others, we experienced damage and loss during Hurricane Helene. I thank God that we have been with Kelley Lawrence for many years to take care of us in times of need. So many people lost SO MUCH MORE than we did, however, our claims were handled as if we had nothing left; timely, courteously, and with genuine gratitude that we are State Farm customers. I was never made to feel as if I was a burden or as if I did not matter. All people that I encountered through Kelleys office were extremely helpful, polite, and kind. I will continue to be a life-long customer and encourage others to do the same.
