5 /5 Dasha Lantz: Mr. Knight was recommended to me by a client. I was a week away from closing on my new home and my existing insurance company quoted us an astronomical rate. I contacted Mr. Knight’s office and Patsy picked up the phone, she was an absolute sweetheart. She got all of my information and had Mr. Knight work on a quote for me. I initially just needed the homeowners, but when he quoted me about $1200 less than my current vehicle premium, my jaw dropped. I had to ask him if he was joking. I appreciated that I wasn’t charged extra to use my credit card for monthly deductions, and I sure appreciated all the hard work they did to ensure everything was forwarded to the mortgage company within 24 hours. Highly recommend this office, it has been such a pleasure doing business with them.

5 /5 David Slocumb: I will never leave Nationwide! The insurance rates are not the cheapest but competitive. But you will get what you pay for. I was in an auto accident while on vacation a couple years ago. It was 100% my fault. Nationwides legal team, amongst other teams were calling me keeping me in the loop at all times. In fact there were times the calls were overlapping. I would be on the phone with the agent and get a call from the legal team. It was amazing how well they communicated internally amongst their teams. I barely had to do anything. They came to my work place to take pictures of my truck, went ahead and scheduled my car to be repaired and already had a rental lined up for me. I totally blindsided me and made for a great experience. The legal team was on point. They kept me in the loop. That was a very scary moment for me but they were in my corner, took immediate action and resolved my situation with the other party earlier than I anticipated. If you want a hands on, knowledgeable staff that cares and have an insurance company that operates under their "Nationwide on your side" motto, look no further. It is 100% legit. Ive been with them for 22 years now.

5 /5 Randy Smith: I was recently in a car wreck, and Mr. Tony Knight and his team did everything they could to help me with my situation. All I had was a video I obtained of the accident and he was able to sit down with me and go through everything that could be seen in the video and directed me to where it should be sent, without Mr. Tony I was lost and didn’t know what to do. I just wanted to thank Mr. Tony and his team for all they do to help! I was expecting to be given a phone number and told to send “here” like everyone does now days so they don’t have to handle it, but that is not what I experienced through Tony Knight, and I can guarantee you that he has my business!

1 /5 Sonya Kay L., MSN-RN: I cancelled my policies on 1/7 and what does slick Tony do? He bills my homeowners after cancellation notices are sent! My mortgage company paid him after being told not to, so I had to call the Nationwide home office and cancel the policy today because he did not cancel it like he was told to on 1/7. So it is being 100% returned to the mortgage company, he is on record for failing to cancel it as directed, and use this as a warning: dont use his services unless you want to be ripped off! There are more reasonably priced auto and home insurers out there.
