Bobby Jones tyler and his crew are incredible. on a property i purchased last minute i was worried about getting the insurance i needed but they stayed late on a friday night and got everything done. taking care of your customers these days is almost a lost art but not with this crew. i will continue to use them in the future going forward. i highly recommend

Her response time was always quick. My case was a little unique and she wasn’t afraid to say when she needed to check with upper management about some of my questions. Ashley Smith I started shopping around for our business liability insurance around 9am. I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). After a long day of calls and repeating information I got in touch with Falcon around 4pm. I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first! I highly recommend them.

Paramjit Singh We had a hard time finding insurance else where. Our rates for our business were very high, and Duggal found us a great policy with good coverage for much lower than others quotes we had. He helped us to explain the coverage and meaning of the policy and made sure we had the right amount of insurance. Great Job. Highly recommend
