1 /5 Connection The Freestyle (BMX Shows): I had business liability insurance with these folks for several years. Never made a claim. After some time with no issues they began to be pushy about me switching my personal home owners and car insurance with them. I always politely explained that I was very happy with the insurance I had elsewhere. I also asked if that would jeopardize the insurance I did have with them and for years they always said it was fine and were very cordial about it. Its worth mentioning that I did have a pet peeve as they would never send me a bill in advance to notify me that my yearly policy fee was coming due. I would always end up with a phone call saying I had to pay the bill immediately and that I couldnt send in the mail as it was too late. This was very annoying but admittedly the policy I had was difficult to find so I continued. Well this last year was a little different. I called early this year as I knew my premium would be due shortly yet they never gave me my due date. Instead they aggressively pushed me to switch all my insurance. I explained once again that I wasnt interested in switching but they were adamant about quoting me on all my vehicles and my home. I reluctantly excepted as I knew I had no interest in switching. When I called to find out when my premium would be due a several days later they asked if they their quotes were competitive which they were. However I still had no interest in switching. When I told them so they simply stopped communicating with me! Come to find out they had let my liability insurance laps by over two weeks without even so much as notifying me. They then went on to say they could no longer insure me! All I can say is that this behavior is extremely unprofessional if not illegal. I would highly suggest to do business elsewhere. These people are not fit to be in the insurance business. If nothing else you must notify your clients if your dropping their insurance and these people just left me hanging!

5 /5 Rory Singer: I have known the owner, David Hamilton, for 15 years. For near ten (possibly more) of those years he has held the insurance for my automobiles, renters, business policies, and more. He is upstanding, ethical, and always on top of making sure I get the best value for my dollar. I will not recommend anyone else for all of the above reasons. If you need insurance, Accurate is the place to go.

5 /5 Gary Adams: Ive been with Accurate Insurance now for approximately nine years and they cover my motorcycles. One time I was out of town, it was a Friday evening about 6:00 pm. I ended up with a flat tire on a two lane road miles from nowhere. At that point I felt rather helpless but I had the presence of mind to call the office of Accurate Insurance and hope that somebody was still in the office. David Hamilton answered my call, I told him my problem and a good approximation of where I was. He told me to relax, he needed to make a phone call or two and he would call me back. It was getting dark and a two lane road on a motorcycle with a flat tire is not a happy place to be. Within 5 or 10 minutes David called me back and he informed me that help was on the way. He contacted a motorcycle service shop in a nearby town that unfortunately was about to close for the evening. David convinced them I needed help and they agreed to send a wrecker to pick me & the bike up, return us to their shop, they agreed to remain open until I was completely taken care of and only then would they close. I just bought a 2nd bike and its a "no brainer," both bikes will be insured through Davids Company! Awesome service!!

He also assisted me with navigating the nightmare of choosing a health insurance policy. They are consistently timely, kind, and do exactly what they say they will do.
