J. P. Fair price and the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Mom and Pop shop with the work bench on full display so very interesting to see your jewelry worked on in real time. Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!

Meredith On The Mend Phenomenal service and breathtaking collection(s)!! The entire staff I have interacted with has been more than helpful, patient and friendly. I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Thad spoke with my son personally and treated him with such respect. My son could not say enough about Celestial and that is what ultimately led me there as well. We will continue to return there for any of our jewelry purchases or repair/resizing needs in the future! Thank you Celestial!! We appreciate you!

Stephen Dascall I received a gift I bought online in the mail and despite the website saying it was compatible with another product, it was not. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice. Bubba i live in Florida but was told about this store from a friend so I drive there just to browse, ended up buy a few things from a beautiful woman.
