I had several questions and even had issues setting up the policy myself and he helped me after hours to set up everything correctly. Thank you so much Mr. Freeman— I definitely know who to go to when I need help regarding anything insurance wise. This was my first time dealing with big girl tasks and I was overwhelmed at first, but he made it an easy process.

I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. INTJ The response from this company is incredibly concerning: We are denying your request because your state of residence does not currently have a privacy law in effect that provides these rights. This essentially translates to, We can get away with doing something wrong because its not actually illegal, which says a lot about their ethics and values. Its alarming to see how they choose to handle private information—not by respecting privacy, but by exploiting the lack of legal protections. It leaves you wondering what they’ll do with your data, and apparently, anything they want as long as it’s not "technically" illegal.

Darlene Crittenden I needed some old bank statements. I live an hour and a half away from Delta Community Credi now. I called and booked an appointment. I was told that my transaction could be managed on a Saturday and was given an appointment for that day just to get there and be told that it could not. The person that I saw went to speak to the manager and stated that the manager said that I just had to cone back during the week; no other recommendations offered. I came back the following week and thats when I met Russ Nuss. I must say that my confidence in this particular bank was zero up until I met him. He managed my business so smoothly and professionally I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While there and just talking, I found out that my business could have been implemented on the Saturday that I was there had the manager/ staff known what to do. Delta Community Credit have a hidden gem in Mr Russ. Please know that he represents your bank well. His expertise shines too brightly to be tucked away in his work cubicle. Thanks again Russ, you raise a zero review to a score of 5!
