Stephen, on a number of occasions, has taken the time to explain the differences in the types of accounts, which one(s) benefits me most and why. We’ve discussed my current financial situation, my retirement goals and from there chosen an investment strategy that benefits me most. I truly appreciate that Stephen does NOT use a cookie cutter approach and instead takes the time to personalize my investment model to my lifestyle. Bonus! Strive Financial also offers assistance with life insurance which I 100% took advantage of. Again, Stephen was there for me each step of the way ensuring I was selecting a model that fit me best. 1 /5 Robert Wentworth: I recently had to cancel a policy through this agency due to a brain tumor. It took approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the cancellation to be complete. The company overcharged me the 25% minimum premium due, which, then I was accused by Jake of not paying. I contacted his office four separate times speaking to two different females working in the office. I never got a return on my last question on what part of the policy terms made me pay more than 25% after cancellation. I never got an answer, but did get another bill for $508, which I paid. Then got another bill today for $187. Jake’s main concern was the fact that I was upset, at which point he hung up on me refusing to admit he was wrong. If you’re looking for insurance, I suggest going to an office that is competent, takes ownership for the mistakes, and doesn’t blame the guy with a brain tumor whose just been paying the premium on a cancels policy to avoid credit issues.
