I am a new account holder and had some trouble setting up my account because Im young and dont know what Im doing. You all have helped me every step of the way and have shown wonderful customer service every time. I would also like to give a shout-out to Tiffany ( from customer support ) because she had went out of her way and helped me get right back on track with my finances with an absolutely wonderful attitude. 4 /5 Adrianna West: Closes too early, and even though ive had an active account for year I still get charged overdraft fees. Also I signed up for mobile banking and the app hardly works.
