1 /5 Xxx Xxx: Let me start by saying my wife and I have been a customer of this bank before it was South State Bank for over 10 years. Take your money out of this Bank immediately! I attempted to withdrawal 7,500 in cash today and was refused after showing multiple IDs and answering multiple questions. I want you to hear what Im saying to you folks, they refused to give me my money!! they refuse to give me my money!! they refuse to give me my money!! Are you hearing this? You better run to the bank and get everything you can out Ill be back tomorrow with my lawyer. Update, they have never apologized. They think its okay to hold on to your money and not give it to you. I want you to think about this folks they do not want to give you your money.

If I could give them a 0 I would the worse bank ever Bank tellers very disrespectful I file a complaint after getting no results from Branch Manager Tammy Lancaster concerning the disrespect I received from the bank tellers here on South Davis Rd I received a called from the regional manager Chad Fullton who said my complaint were directed to him saying I had a complaint against the branch manager Mrs Tammy Lancaster which wasnt true my original complaint were against the rude bank tellers he were very rude disrespectful himself like he could care less about the treatment I received after speaking with him I filed a complaint on him I havent received a call from anyone I filed my complaint on February 6, 2025 on him his manager Mrs Catherine Tucker havent contacted me yet my original complaint were filed against the rude Bank tellers on January 15 2025 everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of color etc I feel that I were Discriminated against this is in Lagrange Ga 30240

1 /5 Timmy Boy: Let me tell you what kind of care you get with this bank..... Yeah you get none. Let something go wrong and theyre NOT on your side at all. I get told something and something totally different happens. My payroll got deposited into my account that was locked but they wouldnt tell me it was in there. They had me and my employer looking for it. They had it the whole time. The manager at the Church St branch is the only one that helped me. Kudos to that manager! It took me 3 weeks to get my money from my account which was mailed from another state. Totally unacceptable! Zero Stars!
