Janice Bailey OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.

B Spires Great credit union to bank with. I have had an account with Robins for 34 years. Several auto loans, mortgages and refinances. Never any issues. I have many family members and friends who have left big name banks to bank with Robins. Their only regret was they didnt switch sooner. Dont let the negative reviews steer you away. Find out for yourself.

Allison Yancey I have been out of work for awhile and needed to find something to offset my living expenses, so I found a job. In desperation I reached out to Action in Monroe and spoke with Candi. She told me they have a program that helps women with clothing going into the workplace again. Candi was very supportive, non judgmental and extremely helpful with helping get new clothes and shoes to make my transition back to work a successful one!! Jonathon Flaum Tammy Collins is a fantastic loan officer. She is conscientious, precise and she answers her own phone. The construction loan happened without a hitch and the communication along the way was always helpful, thoughtful and caring. Linda Guess We have had several storms come through our area for several years, which caused damage to our house and all I had to do is contact our agent, Insurance Services of the South, Inc. Someone was here very shortly to access the damage. Also we didnt have to wait very long to receive funds for the repairs. We are very pleased with the services we have received.
