1 /5 Jordan Miller: Also runs a piss poor excuse of a uhaul rental. Reserved a uhaul truck out of a location in Ludowici and it was returned here. Didn’t think it was too far out of the way to drive too get it; however due to a delayed flight we were past our “preferred pick up time” but called to let them know we still were planning to get the truck and verify what time they closed. They stated “oh we’re closing at 4 today and we already canceled your truck” we never received a notice of cancellation. We weren’t going to make it by 4:00 so oh well. We looked into re booking a truck for the next day and saw that they were actually open until 5:00 on Fridays so at 4:30 we called to verify if they would even be open on Saturday. they answered and were still open. Could’ve gotten the truck and for them to also say that they’re not open on Saturdays yet they publish on their rental sites that they are???? Soooo do they close at 4:00 or did they just not want to be bothered? Integrity is laughable.

I am a long distance filer and the staff at Integrity have treated me as if I was right in front of them. Their professionalism, honesty, kindness, attentiveness and transparency makes me feel confident that my taxes have been filed accurately and responsibly. Ms. Schala and her assistant Tano are absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys for making this such a breeze for me and for giving the peace of mind of know that I am in good hands.
