E.: I dont recommend this agency After spending almost $10k out of pocket for what ended up being only a 6 week coverage (for my work truck) before i got dropped by the insurance carrier this agency put together for me and i ended up in collections instead of getting a refund because i went ahead and got myself a new carrier after i got dropped but part of the policy that was supposed to have been dropped/cancelled was still running concurrently with my new policy and as their owner Jorge.H. put it " after reviewing your file i see where we dropped the ball multiple times that ended you up in this situation" but did nothing to resolve the situation and will never take my calls or return them.
