Faye McCommon Whenever I go to the Monroe, GA branch I feel welcomed. The professionalism and customer service is awesome. About three weeks ago I went to withdraw some money from my savings account, but had forgotten my ID when I changed purses. The teller was still able to assist me by looking up my identification in the system. I was blown away with this extra effort on her part. This is just one example of the wonderful customer service that I have received at this branch. This is not to say that other branches and loan officers are not just as great!! I have never had bad service at any of the branches that I have visited. This also includes working with loan officers over the telephone. Keep up the amazing work PSCU!!!

Benjamin Kroll Charles and his team had a high level of communication that allowed us to move quickly when making decisions on buying the right home in a fast paced market. He and his teams support provided a clear outline of any tasks we needed to complete allowing us to follow simple step by step instructions through out the process. This gave us a strong sense of what needed to be done and where we where through out the whole process. When any issues came up they where responsive in explaining the process or finding a solution. Brittany Lynn No one ever answers when you try to contact them over the phone. The workers are absolutely rude. They argued with me over trying to pay over a $400 water bill for ONE months usage. This city is a joke.

Theyve been open for a cpl months now and its all over Google maps etc... that they have Western Union.. was very disappointed last night and the manager seemed like oh well ... Really???
