Joan Johnson Today I had the pleasure of arranging our coverage in Georgia through Cassandra Pratt who is a representative in Becky Goldsmith’s State Farm office in Columbus,Ga. We have used State Farm for several years for all of our personal insurance needs. We recently sold our family home in NC to move to the greater Augusta area to be near family. It’s been quite a transition for us as we have never lived anywhere but NC. Our agent in NC connected us with this office for our insurance needs . Cassandra called within the hour of the referral and was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a joy to transact business that wasn’t complicated for once…LOL!
