1 /5 NANDA GOPAL LANKA: We are having an issue with closing our home. Our HOA uses Dreher for hoa association insurance. The loan underwriters has a clarification on the master insurance policy and they never responded in time impacting the closing timelines.

Not sure if Chris has any ownership in this company but she is the first line of contact when you call. Customer Service is key to running all businesses.
