My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.
