We were new to Georgia and the staff worked so hard to get us the best insurance coverage for the best price. We have a variety of insurance needs and they were so nice to work with. Glenda Menger I am so impressed with the immediate response I got when I let them know what a problem we were having with claims for damages to our home due to the hurricane. One person I needed to talk with was actually off today but he took the time to call me and is going to get to work on the problem when he comes back. Jonathon Duke Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasnt filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually dont post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didnt seem to be concerned at all with my issue.

This required a special type of business insurance that is difficult to obtain. The Rentz family did find us a policy.
