Melissa Ferrell Allen has been handling my account for over 4 years now, and he has always been easy to contact and available when I needed to talk to him. Allen takes great care of my account and If I am unable to get to his office, he will come to mine. Logan, his assistant is fantastic as well. We are very happy with Phillips Wealth Management.

While it took a bit longer because of all the paperwork required, she was very patient, took her time and even brought an extra chair out for my husband. Bennie Bates At that time of my writing this, we have just completed taxes for 2024. I had my personal and business taxes done by Christine and her team. Ive had poor experiences in the past with CPAs and was weary, but she came recommended from a coworker. I was blown away on day 1. Christine personally met with me for a free consultation. She had papers laying out everything including the flat rates for all services and the program they use to upload documents (and instructions on how to use it). The team was very communicative and worked quickly. I only ever got messages if they needed something directly from me. Next thing I know, the taxes are done! I was fully expecting to owe thousands of dollars due to my contractor status..... but Christine got me a refund!! (I havent gotten a refund in YEARS!) Unless something crazy happens, this was by far the best process Ive ever had done. I will use Christine again for 2025 and would highly recommend her to anybody!
